About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of the company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting innovative bath solutions that match their vision. This outside sales role leverages advanced technology to design and showcase high-quality bath solutions, combining strong sales skills with customer service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
- Build personalized bath designs using easy-to-use software
- Provide pricing information and close sales consistently
- Engage in weekly sales training sessions to strengthen skills and knowledge
- Maintain follow-ups and excellent customer communication throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, organizational, and people skills
- Experience in home sales is highly valued; home remodeling industry experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation and local residency required
- Confidence in public speaking and delivering clear, professional presentations
- Self-motivated, goal-focused, and disciplined work habits
- Outgoing personality with the ability to connect with homeowners in social settings
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
Compensation
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Your income is determined by performance and experience. Ideal for candidates who are motivated by money, enjoy flexible scheduling, and are passionate about helping homeowners transform their space.
