Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in the home improvement industry.

As the Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery. You will also be responsible for managing a team of call center representatives and driving sales performance. If you have a passion for customer service, strong leadership skills, and experience in call center management, we want to hear from you.


Duties
  • Supervise and manage a team of call center representatives.
  • Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Train and coach call center representatives on best practices for customer service and sales techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize call center operations.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in call center management.

Skills
  • Candidates with experience in the home improvement industry will be strongly considered.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on resolving customer issues effectively.
  • Sales experience and the ability to drive sales performance within a call center environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
