This opportunity is for experienced, proven in-home sales professionals who know how to walk into a home, establish credibility quickly, guide a confident design conversation, and close high-value projects with integrity.

Our lead flow is consistent, our operations are solid, and we are selectively adding top-tier Design Consultants to our team.

The Role

As a Senior Design Consultant, you will conduct in-home design consultations with homeowners who are actively exploring bathroom remodeling. This is consultative, value-based selling, not high-pressure retail.

You will own the appointment from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running scheduled, company-provided in-home design consultations
• Presenting premium bath solutions with confidence and clarity
• Building rapport and trust with homeowners
• Structuring projects aligned with design goals and realistic budgets
• Closing deals in the home professionally and ethically
• Following up when appropriate to secure the win
• Maintaining accurate notes and documentation

Who This Is For

You are a strong fit if:

• You have 2-3 years of in-home sales experience, home improvement preferred
• You are comfortable selling projects in the $10K to $30K+ range
• You understand consultative selling rather than scripted pressure
• You present polished, organized, and confident in the home
• You are comfortable with technology including iPad presentations and digital contracts
• You care about close rate, client experience, and professional reputation

This role is for professionals, not trainees or order-takers.
