💵 Compensation Includes:
- $12–$15/hour (based on experience)
- $5 per qualified Lead (Name, phone, address, email, & remodel need)
- $25 per Set Appointment (When a rep enters a home for a bath remodel consult)
🕒 Schedule:
- Wednesday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
With potential to grow into a full-time role based on your performance!
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engage with Walmart shoppers in a friendly, professional manner
- Share information about our bath remodel services
- Collect customer contact info and remodel needs
- Schedule in-home consultations with our Sales Reps
