About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Window & Door Installer to join our network as an independent contractor. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship, works efficiently, and values customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install, replace, and service residential and/or commercial windows and doors
- Measure job sites accurately and ensure proper fit and sealing
- Remove existing windows/doors and dispose of materials as needed
- Apply insulation, flashing, and weatherproofing to meet industry standards
- Identify and communicate any structural or installation issues
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Interact professionally with customers and represent the company well
Qualifications
- Proven experience installing windows and doors (2+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of installation techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and measurements
- Must supply own tools and transportation
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- General liability insurance required (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
