Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to connect with homeowners and generate new business opportunities. This role focuses on educating customers, leading in-home consultations, designing solutions, and driving revenue growth by promoting our full range of home improvement services.
In this position, you will also serve as an In-Home Sales Representative, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and helping them design bath solutions that match their vision.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based system
- Design customized bath solutions using our software tools
- Educate homeowners on remodeling options and service benefits
- Provide pricing and close sales during appointments
- Build rapport and guide customers through the design process
- Participate in weekly training sessions to improve performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
- Confident presenter with a strong closing ability
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Reliable transportation and local residency required
- Previous in-home or outside sales experience
- Background in home improvement or remodeling (a plus)
- Target earnings: $100,000+ annually
