Bath Planet is hiring reliable, outgoing individuals to represent our brand at home shows, community events, and local festivals across the Treasure Valley.
This is a face-to-face marketing role where you will engage directly with homeowners, generate interest, and schedule qualified in-home consultations.
No cold calling. No desk work. A proven system is provided, and paid training is included.
Compensation
• $20/hour base pay
• Performance bonuses for qualified appointments
• Paid training
Schedule
• 5–15 hours per week
• Weekends required (Saturday and Sunday)
• Occasional weekday events may be available
Responsibilities
• Engage event attendees and start conversations with homeowners
• Present bath and shower remodeling solutions
• Set qualified in-home consultation appointments
• Maintain a clean, professional booth setup
• Represent the brand with confidence and energy
Qualifications
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow a structured script and process
Preferred (Not Required)
• Customer service, retail, or sales experience
• Event marketing or brand ambassador experience
