As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes, understand their remodeling goals, and present customized bath solutions using our proven sales process and technology.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners to discuss their bath remodeling needs.
• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using an iPad-based sales system.
• Create customized bath designs using company software.
• Provide product recommendations and pricing solutions.
• Follow up with customers and guide them through the decision-making process.
• Close sales and achieve individual performance goals.
• Attend weekly sales training and development sessions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation to completion.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Previous sales experience preferred; in-home sales experience is a plus.
• Experience in remodeling, construction, windows, roofing, flooring, kitchens, baths, or similar industries is highly valued.
• Comfortable meeting with customers in their homes and presenting solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently while following a proven sales process.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally are required.

Compensation & Benefits
