What You'll Do

As an Installer Helper, you'll assist our lead installers with bathroom remodeling projects while learning valuable installation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the installation of premium acrylic bath and shower systems.
  • Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to job sites.
  • Support lead installers with demolition, preparation, and installation tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Protect customers' homes during installations.
  • Help measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners.
  • Complete job site cleanup and disposal of debris.
  • Ensure installation vehicles remain stocked with necessary tools and materials.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Construction, remodeling, carpentry, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and on your feet throughout the day.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn a skilled trade.
