Your Role
As an Acrylic Bath Installer, you will be responsible for the professional installation of bath and shower systems in residential homes. This role is ideal for experienced installers who are detail-oriented and take pride in quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Complete bathroom remodel installations, often in one day
- Follow company installation standards and procedures
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with customers
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Educate homeowners on product care and maintenance
- Submit required paperwork and installation photos
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials needed for each job
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in bathroom remodeling, carpentry, or construction
- Ability to take accurate measurements (tape measure, level, square)
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Basic plumbing knowledge preferred
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Compensation
- 1099 independent contractor position (no hourly base or salary)
- Paid per job – earn approximately 10% of each completed contract
- Consistent job flow to help keep installers steadily working
Your total earnings will depend on volume of work completed and efficiency, with strong performers earning significant income.
