In-Home Sales Consultant (Sales Representative)

Standing behind our products, we have developed an unrivaled reputation for quality and workmanship with many residential builders and are now expanding direct to customers. 

A full-time sales position, your role will be to develop relationships with homeowners. You are control of your own success; you have the ability to generate and run your own leads. We have multiple marketing initiatives taking off and lots of opportunities for the right person. 

After the Sale, we do everything else from processing the order to dealing with changes after the product is sold. We only ask you to learn our training process and products within your first 90 days, stay true to your training and deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers that truly need what we offer.

Primary job responsibilities include:

• Delivery of our sales presentation to homeowners 
• Participation in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis during our meetings
• Design new baths and outdoor kitchens on our proprietary iPad software, while offering expert recommendations
• Deliver price and close sales on daily basis

Qualifications:

• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
• Ability to work independently
• Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline
• Must be flexible and available to work during the hours of 8:30am - 4:30pm and/or 11:00am - 7:00pm, Monday through Saturday
