About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will serve as the face of Clear Choice Remodeling, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting customized bath remodeling solutions. This outside sales role combines relationship-building, design, and technology to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You’ll use an advanced iPad-based system to design and present tailored solutions that fit each homeowner’s vision and budget.
Compensation & Benefits
Earning Potential: $150,000 – $250,000+ annually (commission-based, uncapped)

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home sales presentations using a proprietary iPad-based system
- Design custom bath solutions using user-friendly software
- Educate homeowners on product options, features, and pricing
- Deliver pricing and close sales consistently
- Attend weekly training sessions and ongoing development meetings
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-up communication
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience in in-home sales preferred; remodeling industry experience a plus
- Confident presenter with strong public speaking ability
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
- Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills
- Reliable transportation and local residency required
