About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will serve as the face of our company—meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting innovative bath remodeling solutions tailored to their needs. This is an outside sales role that uses advanced technology to design and present custom bath solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
- Participate in weekly sales training to continually improve your skills
- Use easy-to-learn software to create personalized bath designs
- Present pricing options and close sales consistently
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Prior experience in home sales or remodeling (preferred but not required)
- Reliable transportation and local residency required
- Confidence in public speaking and professional presentation delivery
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and disciplined work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills
Compensation
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Your income is determined by your performance and experience. This role is ideal for someone who is goal-driven, money-motivated, and seeking a flexible schedule.
