About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, assess their needs, and present customized solutions. This is a commission-based outside sales position offering significant earning potential for driven individuals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary sales tools and technology.
• Build rapport with homeowners and identify their project goals.
• Create customized solutions that fit customer needs and budgets.
• Provide pricing and financing options.
• Close sales and achieve monthly performance goals.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• In-home sales, home improvement, remodeling, or construction industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed.
