Job Requirements:
Ability to learn new computer programs.
Good work ethic and discipline.
Strong desire to succeed.
Cover all incoming calls, and be able to place outgoing calls.
Set sales appointments with all sales people, make outbound calls to warm leads to set sales appointments for the reps.
Greet walk in customers and prospects and show them around the showroom.
Keep track of all leads in the company in our company CRM (MarketSharp)
Assist the CEO with day to day items to help run the business.
Employees will also be responsible for other duties as they arise from time to time.





 

1-2 years of customer service or reception experience.

 

Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

 

Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks. 

 

Must be proficient in Google Docs, Word, Excel and Gmail.

 

Optional: Knowledgable in Marketsharp.
