Your Role
As an Acrylic Bath Installer, you’ll be responsible for the professional and efficient installation of bath and shower systems, ensuring every customer has a great experience. This is a full-time position for experienced installers who take pride in their craftsmanship.
Compensation
- Earn $1,500 per day for completed one-day bath-to-shower installations
- Steady work available for high performers
- Complete bathroom remodels, often in as little as one day
- Perform carpentry and trim carpentry work as needed
- Follow installation standards and procedures to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers
- Keep job sites clean and organized, respecting customers’ homes
- Educate customers on product care and maintenance
- Complete required paperwork and submit job photos
- Maintain and stock installation vehicle with tools and materials
- Required: Experience with acrylic bath/shower installations
- 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, or in-home remodeling experience
- Ability to take accurate measurements (tape measure, level, combination square)
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
- (HIC) Registration is required
- Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency with power tools (drills, jigsaws, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
