Acrylic Shower Installer – Assistant/Helper
As part of a two-person acrylic shower installation team, the Installer Helper supports the lead installer in completing high-quality bath and shower remodels. Responsibilities include job site preparation and clean-up, unloading and staging materials, assisting with demolition, cutting and fitting panels, caulking, and ensuring all tools and supplies are maintained and ready. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn, with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions. Experience in remodeling or construction is a plus, but a good attitude and work ethic are essential.

Location: Gilbert, AZ and surrounding areas
As an Installer Helper, you will assist in the installation of our acrylic bath and shower systems, following our company procedures and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Assist in remodeling bathrooms, using basic trade skills like carpentry, trim work, and general construction.
Adhere to all installation standards and procedures to ensure top-quality work.
Maintain a positive, professional attitude when interacting with customers.
Help keep the work area clean and respect customers' property.
Wear company uniforms and follow grooming standards.
Assist in explaining the functionality, care, and upkeep of the installations to customers.
Help with completing necessary paperwork and taking photos.
Assist in taking inventory of the installation vehicle and ensuring it is stocked with all needed tools and materials.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (or equivalent education).
Basic knowledge of carpentry, construction, or home remodeling is a plus but not required.
Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
Ability to use power tools (drill, jigsaw, etc.)
Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds.
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
Preferred (but not required) Skills:
Experience with carpentry, ceramic tile, floor coverings, light plumbing, or general remodeling.
