Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-friendly Cabinet Designer to join our Home Services team! This unique position blends design expertise with direct customer engagement by operating from a dedicated selling space inside Walmart. In-home design appointments get you right in front of the customer. You’ll play a key role in generating your own leads, consulting with customers on cabinet design and working with our partner design studio for final selections of cabinets, hardware flooring and countertops utilizing 2020 Kitchen Design software and a soft turnover to the design studio for finalization.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who enjoys both design and face-to-face interaction, and wants to take ownership of their sales pipeline while representing a trusted home services brand.

• Previous sales experience preferred but not needed
• Must be flexible and available to work during the hours of 8:30am - 4:30pm and/or 11:00am - 7:00pm; Monday through Saturday

- Greet and engage Walmart shoppers in a friendly and professional manner
- Independently generate and qualify leads through store traffic and outreach
- Consult with clients on cabinet needs, offering expert recommendations
- Use 2020 Design software to develop accurate, visually appealing kitchen and bath layouts
- Educate customers about cabinet styles, materials, finishes, and options
- Follow up with clients and coordinate with internal teams to move projects forward
- Maintain a neat, inviting kiosk and serve as a go-to resource for home renovation inquiries
