Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is growing fast! With a steady stream of qualified leads, we’re looking for a driven and experienced Selling Sales Manager to lead our In-Home Sales Team. We specialize in high-end bathroom remodeling, offering premium products and expert installations.
Role Summary:
This is a W-2 position that offers a base salary plus commission, full benefits, and strong earning potential. As a hands-on sales leader, you’ll be responsible for coaching and guiding a team of In-Home Sales Representatives while also actively contributing to sales. The ideal candidate is a strong closer and an inspiring coach who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary + commission structure
Expected total compensation: $100,000–$150,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and review appointments set by the Inside Sales Team
Join in-home sales calls to support, train, and help close deals
Assist in closing sales directly as needed
Monitor team performance and implement strategies to meet sales targets
Conduct cancel-save appointments to retain potential business
Collaborate with the Rehash Manager to re-engage outstanding leads
Organize and lead ongoing training sessions for the sales team
Set clear expectations aligned with company goals and sales objectives
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of successful in-home sales experience, ideally in the 1-Day Bathroom Remodeling industry
2+ years of experience in sales management or team leadership
Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Proficient with technology, including iPad-based presentations and digital contract tools
