an experienced Project Manager with proven expertise in bath installations or bath-focused
project management to lead our projects from start to finish with precision,
professionalism, and pride.
What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager for our baths team, you’ll be the key link between our sales,
operations, installation teams, and customers—ensuring every bath project is completed
on time, on budget, and above expectations.
• Oversee multiple bath remodeling projects simultaneously from contract to
completion.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, in-house installers, and suppliers.
• Conduct site visits to verify measurements, assess job progress, and ensure quality
standards.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide quick, effective solutions.
• Maintain clear communication with homeowners, provide updates and set
expectations.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time and
profitable completion.
Required Experience:
• 3+ years of project management experience in residential remodeling, preferably bathrooms
• In-depth knowledge of bath renovation processes, materials, building codes, plumbing, and finish work.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and to high quality
standards.
• Proficient in project management tools and scheduling software (MS Project)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP Certification
• Experience in project management within the residential remodeling industry
• Experience managing remote teams
Skills & Attributes:

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with a “whatever it takes” attitude.
• Comfort with technology (project tracking software, email, CRM)
