Essential Duties
- Utilize Sales skills on qualified appointments
- Meet and build rapport with customers in their homes
- Determine their design needs
- Educate customers by presenting the Schicker Luxury Bath solution
- Close sales
- Conduct job site measuring
- Photograph spaces appropriately
- Create designs with customers
- Select appropriate products
- Correctly calculate costs of projects
- Learn and implement the Schicker Luxury Bath sales system, tools, training, and resources
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of In-Home Residential Remodeling Sales Experience required
- Bathroom remodeling experience a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills
- Outlook, Email, and IPad Literate
- Construction Math Skills Required
- Responsible and reliable
- Coachable mindset
- Competitive by nature
- Clean driving record and background check
- Warm, outgoing, and enthusiastic
- Desire to help your clients find the best solutions for their needs
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and MarketSharp or other CRM a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
