About Us

Prime Baths of Indiana is a rapidly growing leader in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Show & Events Manager to join our team and help drive lead generation through local events, home shows, trade shows, and expos throughout the Fort Wayne market.

Compensation

• Starting salary: $55,000 to $65,000 per year
• Performance-based bonus opportunities
• Additional bonus potential based on job performance and the results generated from booked shows and events 

Position Overview

The Show & Events Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing local events and trade shows to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness for Prime Baths of Indiana. This role requires a motivated leader with excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify local and regional events, trade shows, fairs, festivals, and expos within the assigned territory
• Negotiate contracts and secure booth space with event vendors
• Develop and manage an annual calendar of events and marketing shows
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach event representatives and promotional staff
• Create and manage employee schedules to ensure proper event coverage
• Oversee booth logistics, setup, and teardown
• Engage with event attendees and promote Prime Baths products and services
• Generate qualified leads and schedule Free In-Home Consultations
• Collect, track, and manage contest entries and event follow-up activities
• Monitor event performance, lead conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI)
• Analyze event results and make recommendations for future growth and success

Qualifications

• Previous Event Management experience required
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or team management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities
• Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and motivate a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods during events
• Must be available to work weekends and attend scheduled events
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
