Brand Ambassador / Event Specialist Needed!

Windows Direct USA is seeking highly motivated, driven, and goal-oriented individuals to join our Retail & Event marketing team! Previous sales and retail experience is preferred, but not required. If you have strong interpersonal skills, are energetic, and have a positive attitude, we will provide you with the necessary tools and skill sets to succeed and exceed your financial expectations. Our Brand Representatives generate leads through events and shows. This position is ideal for top-notch communicators who possess excellent listening and speaking skills.

Responsibilities:

• NO SALES, solely setting appointments for the Sales Team.
• Travel to and from your residence to retail locations and events within our Dayton and Cincinnati territory.
• Travel to and from your residence to assigned neighborhoods within our Cincinnati territory.
• Understand our products and services to educate homeowners.
• Engage with homeowners and discuss their windows, baths, & doors.
• Report to our office in Sharonville for training and meetings as requested.

Qualifications:

• Professional, outgoing, customer service oriented, and possesses a strong work ethic.
• Willing to work independently, while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Assertive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Willing to walk neighborhoods, work independently, while being a part of a great team.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or other related fields is preferred, but not required.
• Maintains a positive attitude in the face of rejection.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $20-$22 Hourly Wage + Generous Bonus program
• PTO and paid holidays

• Comfortable working weekends and evening shifts 
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Reliable Transportation
• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
