💰 Pay: $10/hr + Commission

Are you a confident communicator with a knack for closing deals? Do you enjoy following up with warm leads and helping customers make informed decisions? Join our fast-paced, high-energy team as a Rehash Specialist and play a key role in turning unsold estimates into signed contracts!

What You’ll Do:
🔁 Follow up with homeowners who received quotes but haven’t yet moved forward
📞 Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to re-engage leads
🧠 Use provided scripts, tools, and your own skills to build trust and close sales
📋 Track and report progress in CRM
💬 Communicate effectively with the sales team to share lead updates and opportunities

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
✅ Persuasive, persistent, and self-motivated
✅ Basic computer and CRM navigation skills
✅ Prior experience in sales, call center, or home improvement is a must
✅ Someone who loves a challenge and thrives on commissions!
