We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team in the Denver, CO market.
Job Responsibilities
- Research and identify local events, expos, and shows within the assigned territory
- Negotiate contracts with event vendors and organizers
- Build and maintain an annual events calendar
- Recruit, hire, and train event demonstrators
- Schedule and manage event staff for shows and promotions
- Coordinate booth setup, display execution, and teardown
- Engage with attendees and set appointments for free in-home consultations
- Collect contest entries and manage lead capture systems
- Follow up on leads and schedule consultations
- Track, measure, and report event performance results
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities
- Ability to coach, train, and motivate team members
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Must be available to work weekends
Compensation
- Base salary: $5,000
- Performance-based earnings potential: up to $8,000
- Additional bonus opportunities based on event performance and results
