About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will serve as the face of our company—meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and providing customized solutions tailored to their vision. This outside sales role involves using advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath remodeling solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
- Design personalized bath solutions using company software
- Present pricing and confidently close sales
- Participate in weekly sales training to continuously improve performance
- Build strong relationships with homeowners and deliver an exceptional customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience in in-home or outside sales preferred
- Willingness to train motivated individuals with strong potential
- Background in home remodeling is a plus
- Reliable transportation and ability to work locally in the Anaheim area
- Confidence presenting and speaking with homeowners
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Professional and outgoing personality
Compensation
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Your income is directly tied to your performance, effort, and experience.
