Alco Home Remodeling is one of the largest home improvement companies in South Florida. We have been in business for over half a decade and counting. We are looking for highly motivated sales consultants that want to make great money and continue to grow with the company. We have an excellent amount of LEADS! and provide paid training.

Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

• Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers
• Deliver full presentation according to the sales process of ALCO Windows and Doors 2-3 times per work day
• Estimate job scope, performing exterior and interior inspections of the home
• Must be able to carry a 40 pound sample window in and out of the home
• Collect all required signatures for every project, including customer initials on each page and full signatures where appropriate.
• Utilize the software programs provided by ALCO to generate estimates, contracts and run credit
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

Qualifications for Sales Consultant:

• Proven work experience as a sales representative.
• Highly motivated, with a desire to learn and improve
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow a proven system and presentation
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Compensation for Sales Consultant:

• Based upon performance, the potential earning ranges from $100k-$250k+ annually.
