Comfort Kitchen & Bath is seeking driven In-Home Sales Representatives to meet with homeowners and deliver customized bath remodeling solutions across the Houston area.

Your Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners, understand their needs, and present customized bath solutions using our proven sales process and design tools.
This is a performance-driven role ideal for individuals who are confident, self-motivated, and motivated by high income potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Run pre-qualified, company-provided appointments in customers’ homes
- Deliver a structured sales presentation using an iPad
- Design customized bath solutions using provided software
- Present pricing and close sales during the appointment
- Follow up as needed to secure decisions
- Attend sales training and team meetings as requested
Qualifications
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred (home improvement experience a strong plus)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in closing sales in a one-call environment
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Reliable transportation and local to the Houston area
Compensation
- Commission-based with uncapped earning potential
- Earn 8%–12% commission per sale, based on performance and experience
- Average earnings of $800–$1,500+ per closed deal
- Higher-ticket projects offer increased earning potential
- Top-performing representatives consistently earn $100K–$200K+ annually
- Weekly pay with consistent, company-provided leads
Schedule
- Flexible, appointment-based schedule
- Initial volume may be part-time / as needed, with strong growth into a full-time opportunity as lead flow increases
- Local travel within the Greater Houston area
