Responsibilities Include
- Meeting prospects utilizing pre-qualified, high-intent leads
- Assessing customer needs and providing custom solutions
- Offering in-home consultations and closing immediately
- Utilizing an effective sales process along with training
- Promoting the Santiago General Contractor Solution professionally
Compensation Includes
- Commission-based income plan – work hard, earn more!
- Average salary range: $90,000 - $200,000+ per year
- Top earners: $200K+
- Weekly and monthly bonuses available
- Prescheduled appointments (for skilled closers)
