Title: Field Technician

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM ; Saturday 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Compensation: $72,000 base OR override on managed projects, PLUS opportunity for commission, earn over $120,000 +

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• 2+ years experience in home improvement, kitchens, acrylic bathrooms, flooring is a plus
• 2+ years experience as a project coordinator, assistant project manager, decorator/designer or related role
• Knowledge of construction and code requirements
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Mathematical Skills
• Accurate measurement and documentation skills
• Must be able to create and read hand drawn layout and blueprints
• 2020 Design software is a PLUS
• Sales background is a PLUS
• Must be willing to drive up to 70 miles
• Must be in good physical condition to perform with no limits tasks such as bending, reaching, kneeling, walking, standing, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities:

• Intake & Review Order from Sales Team
• Meet Clients and Finalize Measurements & Layouts
• Visit clients on active jobs
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Escalated Issues
• Other Tasks as assigned by the Management
