Event Marketing Representative / Lead Generator - Part Time
$15–$18/hour + performance bonuses
Foundry Home Solutions is looking for an outgoing, reliable and motivated person to join our team as an Event Show Representative / Brand Ambassador.
You’ll represent Foundry Home Solutions at local home shows, senior expos, fairs, festivals and community events throughout Minnesota. This is a hands-on position that includes transporting and setting up event materials, representing our company at the booth, engaging with homeowners and generating qualified leads and appointments for our sales team.
What You’ll Do
- Represent Foundry Home Solutions at local events
- Transport event materials to and from events
- Set up and tear down tents, backdrops, tables, signage and marketing materials
- Proactively approach and engage event attendees
- Talk with homeowners about our bath and shower remodeling services
- Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations
- Collect accurate customer information
- Promote event giveaways, offers and promotions
- Keep the booth clean, organized and professional
- Help ensure events run smoothly from setup through teardown
Compensation
- $15–$18/hour depending on experience
- $25 bonus for each qualified appointment that completes an in-home consultation
- $100 bonus for each generated lead that results in a completed sale
- Opportunity for additional hours as our event schedule grows
Schedule
This position will begin part-time, with the opportunity to grow into full-time hours as our event calendar expands. Events are primarily on weekends, with weekday and occasional evening events as well. Hours will vary depending on the event schedule.
Who We’re Looking For
- Outgoing and comfortable approaching and talking with people
- Friendly, professional and confident
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Motivated by performance and bonuses
- Comfortable standing and interacting with attendees for extended periods
- Able to work both indoor and outdoor events
- Able to lift and move event equipment weighing approximately 45–50 lbs
- Must have reliable transportation with enough cargo space to transport event equipment and materials
- A minivan, SUV or similar vehicle with adequate cargo space is ideal
- Available to work weekends and some weekdays/evenings
No previous home-improvement experience is required. Sales, customer service, promotional or event experience is a plus, but personality, reliability and the ability to connect with people are most important.
