About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Bath Wise, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting innovative solutions that match their vision. This outside sales position uses advanced technology to design and showcase high-quality bath solutions to potential customers.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
Participate in weekly sales training sessions to continuously strengthen your skills.
Utilize our software to create personalized bath designs.
Provide accurate pricing information and consistently close sales.
Qualifications & Skills
2–5 years of sales experience; home sales experience highly preferred.
Background in the home remodeling industry is a plus.
Excellent communication, people, and organizational skills.
Reliable transportation and local residency required.
Confident in public speaking and delivering professional presentations.
Ambitious, self-motivated, and disciplined.
Thrives in fast-paced sales environments.
Outgoing, personable, and professional in social settings.
Compensation
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Your earnings are determined by performance and experience. This role is ideal for someone seeking a flexible schedule and motivated by high earning potential.
