Overview
We are seeking an experienced Call Center Team Lead to oversee daily call center operations and support our marketing and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for a confident leader who can manage a team, track performance, and ensure exceptional communication with prospective clients.
We are currently looking for an experienced Call Center Team Lead to support our South Jersey & Pennsylvania territory, working in-office at our Springfield, New Jersey location.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage a call center team to support sales appointment scheduling
Coordinate sales team schedules and ensure efficient daily coverage
Monitor and track campaign performance, providing accurate reporting to management
Ensure high-quality customer interactions via phone, text, and email
Maintain accurate data entry and reporting within CRM systems
Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and team performance
Qualifications
Previous experience as a call center lead, supervisor, or similar leadership role preferred
Strong background in phone-based customer service and team oversight
Experience with CRM or data management systems
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, in-office environment
