Bath Planet of Orlando, one of the fastest-growing names in bathroom remodeling, is looking for a high-energy Event Marketing Manager to lead our event outreach and engagement strategy across Central Florida.

What You’ll Do:

• Discover and book the best local events, trade shows, and expos to represent the brand

• Negotiate contracts and build a full, year-round event calendar

• Recruit, train, and manage an enthusiastic team of brand ambassadors and event staff

• Oversee event setup, logistics, and teardown

• Engage with event attendees and schedule free in-home consultations

• Track lead performance and ensure consistent follow-up

• Drive excitement, visibility, and brand awareness through every event

What We’re Looking For:

• A confident communicator with a friendly, outgoing personality

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, public-facing environment

• A strong leader with the ability to coach and motivate others

• Highly organized with strong time and project management skills

• Willingness to work weekends and occasional evenings

• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
