Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative who is a true closer. This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential. You’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners interested in kitchen and bath remodeling and guide them through the sales process—from consultation to signed contract.

This position is perfect for a high-energy sales professional with a proven track record in the home service space who thrives on building rapport, overcoming objections, and closing deals.

Pre-set, qualified appointments – No cold calling. We schedule 1–3 qualified appointments for you daily.

Paid training – $500/week during training (1–2 weeks maximum).

Top tier commission structure - We pay higher than the industry standard. Monthly sales incentives and bonuses!

Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified homeowners.
Present design concepts, proposals, and estimates using our software tools (CAD experience preferred).
Build trust and rapport quickly with clients.
Close deals and meet/exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions and proposals in our CRM.
Collaborate with our production teams to ensure a smooth project transition.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience (home services, remodeling, or related field preferred).
Demonstrated ability to close high-ticket deals.
Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Familiarity with CAD/design software is a plus.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on appointments.
