What This Role Is All About:
You’ll be the driving force behind our local event strategy — finding and organizing home shows, expos, and festivals where we can meet new customers. You'll lead a team, manage logistics, and help convert event buzz into booked appointments. If you're outgoing, organized, and love building energy around a brand, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
Research and secure booth space at local events, expos, and home shows
Plan and maintain an annual calendar of events
Hire, train, and manage a team of energetic Event Demonstrators
Schedule staff and manage booth setup, transportation, and teardown
Engage with attendees, promote our brand, and schedule free consultations
Collect leads and contest entries — and help turn them into appointments
Track event performance and ROI, reporting results to leadership
What We’re Looking For:
Outgoing, energetic personality — you love meeting people
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Experience managing or coaching a team
Comfortable being on your feet and lifting up to 30 lbs
Weekend availability (most events run Friday–Sunday)
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
