Job Summary
We are a fast-paced Home Remodeling company located in Milwaukee Wisconsin.
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the office runs efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily office operations and administrative functions
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Supervise administrative staff and provide support
- Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and office calendars
- Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital)
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support HR functions such as onboarding and employee records management
- Address office-related issues and resolve them promptly
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software
- Basic knowledge of administrative procedures
