Position Overview: As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue and leading a high-performing team of In-Home Sales Representatives. You’ll be an inspiring leader, a skilled coach, and a hands-on mentor who fosters a culture of success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and optimize appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team.
  • Assist reps in client meetings, providing guidance and support throughout the closing process.
  • Analyze team performance regularly and implement strategies to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Take charge of cancel-save appointments to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the rehash manager to re-enter homes and close sales.
  • Lead and facilitate ongoing team training to improve skills and sales techniques.
  • Set clear expectations and goals aligned with company objectives, empowering the sales team to succeed.
  • Ensure timely, professional, and informative client interactions during meetings.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Be punctual, organized, and fully prepared for every client appointment with all relevant materials, brochures, and samples.
  • Understand client needs and take detailed notes to provide customized solutions.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors as needed for project clarity and scope.
  • Prepare and present construction budgets, including cost projections and vendor bids.
  • Provide timely estimates, with a goal of delivering within 3-5 days.
  • Maintain accurate sales tracking and documentation for ongoing projects.
  • Communicate effectively across teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to production.

Qualifications:

  • Must have successful experience in Home Improvement Sales. 
  • Preferably 2+ years of Sales Management experience.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using technology (iPads, electronic contracts, etc.) for presentations and documentation.
