• Exceptional Pay: Base salary of $50,000–$60,000, with total earning potential of up to $100,000 in year one (including commissions).

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and Build a Team: Recruit, train, and manage a team of demonstrators, ensuring they’re motivated, effective, and accountable.
• Ongoing Recruitment: Continuously recruit and onboard new team members to address high turnover in demonstrator roles.
• Manage Schedules: Oversee team scheduling and ensure coverage for all events.
• Hands-On Leadership: Actively participate in events, setting the standard for your team while the program grows.
• Drive Results: Develop and execute strategies to achieve ambitious event appointment-setting and revenue goals.
• Analyze and Adjust: Monitor performance, track ROI, and refine strategies for ongoing improvement.
