Position Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled and certified HVAC Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems while delivering a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and mini-split systems
- Install HVAC equipment in accordance with company standards and local codes
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system conditions and recommended solutions
- Provide multiple solution options when applicable (repair vs. replacement)
- Maintain accurate job notes, documentation, and service records
- Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and at a high standard
- Keep work areas and service vehicles clean and organized
- Participate in ongoing training and development
Required Qualifications
- EPA 608 Certification (REQUIRED)
- Minimum 2+ years of HVAC field experience (residential or commercial)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with forced air systems, boilers, and ductless mini-split systems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- NATE Certification (a plus)
- Experience with advanced system diagnostics and controls
- Sales experience or comfort presenting solutions to customers
