Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Office Assistant / Lead Setter to support daily office operations and help generate and manage customer leads. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling inbound/outbound calls while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and set appointments
- Schedule and confirm in-home estimates for the sales team
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM or tracking systems
- Assist with general office administrative tasks (filing, emails, data entry)
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth appointment flow
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
Qualifications
- Previous experience in office administration required
- Experience in sales calls or lead setting preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and handling objections
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
