SAAD Bath & Shower is San Diego's fast-growing wet area remodeling company — and we're looking for a driven, people-first field sales representative to help us grow. This role is out in the field, face-to-face with homeowners, representing a company and a product you can genuinely be proud of.

What you'll do
- Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods and engage homeowners in meaningful conversations
- Generate qualified leads and set appointments for our in-home sales consultants
- Represent SAAD Bath & Shower with professionalism, energy, and product knowledge
- Track your activity, leads, and appointments accurately
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and a great customer experience
- Meet and exceed weekly lead and appointment targets
What you'll bring

- Strong communication skills — clear, confident, and genuine
- Previous canvassing, door-to-door, or outside sales experience is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
