Poulin Design Center has been a family-owned home remodeling company for over 40 years! We are seeking a Marketplace Sales Assistant who embodies our company culture, demonstrates innovation and integrity, and will help us uphold our reputation for exceptional customer service and quality work.

Marketplace Sales Assistant Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalency; 1-3+ years of sales and visual merchandising experience; current Food Handler’s Permit upon hire, required
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Square POS, and various applications; knowledge of our brands, preferred
- A passion for teamwork and building community
- Strong interpersonal communication, organization, and time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability, sound judgment, and adaptability
- Attend goal-setting meetings with management, marketing, and event teams
- Represent our brands at on-site and off-site events, including B2B outreach, to build partnerships and generate leads and sales
- Train and lead the team of Baristas and Associates in sales goals and accountability
- Ensure that the Marketplace is open and operating during scheduled shifts, including: - Selling merchandise on the floor and running interior design appointments for furniture - Receiving, tagging, and merchandising inventory - Executing quarterly display updates - Supporting annual inventory counts
Schedule:
- Full-time, 32-40 hours per week, (on-site)
- .5-1-hour unpaid meal break, non-exempt
- Rotating schedule: - Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm - Saturday: 7:30am-3:30pm.
